Release notes Business Engine September 2025
This release delivers security upgrades, new reporting features, and workflow improvements across the platform. We’ve added OAuth2 login, expanded APIs, enhanced order and billing tools, and fixed key issues to make daily operations faster and more reliable.
Administration Portal
- Removed link from Service Header
The service name is no longer clickable to avoid users accidentally opening the service instead of the order. - New columns in Order Import
Addons and customer reference fields have been added to simplify migration and importing data from other systems. - Authentication with OAuth2
The Administration Portal now enables OAuth2 for login, providing a more secure and modern authentication method. - Fullscreen button for maps
All maps in the portal can now be expanded to fullscreen for better visibility and easier navigation. - Unit numbers in search results
Search results now display unit numbers, making it easier to identify the correct object directly from the main menu. - Promo codes added
Promo codes can now be used for promotions. Customers enter the code at the end of the marketplace order flow.
Deployment Portal + Work Orders
- Filtering improvements
Tasks can now be sorted by task type, and the street dropdown has been widened with line breaks for long names. - Bulk delete of empty work orders
Admins can now easily bulk-delete work orders that have no tasks, reducing clutter from automatically created items.
Broadband Labels
- GroupMonthlyPrices setting
A new setting groups all monthly prices into a single sum instead of adding them as additional costs. This can be set per service.
Partner API & Webhooks
- Provisioning webhooks
New provisioning webhooks have been added, enabling better automation and real-time updates. - Add emails through API
Emails sent from other systems can now be created in the backend via the API, ensuring full ticket history.
Reporting
- Transaction payment details
Transaction payment details are now included in the Reporting Database for improved financial insight. - More frequent updates
The Reporting Database is now updated more often, ensuring fresher data in reports and dashboards.
Billing
- Credits to multiple customers
From the customer or order list, admins can now add credits to multiple customers at once, with options for description, GL code, and notifications.
Various bugs and minor improvements
- Editing add-on prices now updates correctly.
- Deleting the last open task on a work order no longer marks the work order as completed.
