Release notes Business Engine November 2025
This release includes improvements across provisioning, field service, orders, UI configuration, promotions, and webhooks—focused on safer activations, clearer visibility, and smoother workflows.
Provisioning & Network
- Prevent Order Activation When ONT Is Offline
A new optional workflow setting (WaitForCPELinkStatus, default Off) checks ONT reachability before Order activation. When enabled, orders won’t activate if the ONT is offline or unreachable, preventing failed or incorrect deployments, reducing activation errors, and improving overall service reliability. Read more here. - Service Card on Network Element View
A service card has been added to the Network Element view, providing quick visibility into customer services associated with the element for faster troubleshooting.
Work Orders & Field Service
- API Support for Creating Additional Work Orders
The API now supports generating more than one work order for an Object, offering increased flexibility for complex installation and field service scenarios. - FSM - Work Order Creation Note Field Added
Introduced a note field in the FSM Work Order creation fly-in to simplify communication and ensure clearer task handovers. - FSM - Timezone & FSM Work Order Number in Fly-in
The Work Order fly-in now includes the associated FSM Work Order number and timezone details, improving traceability and operational clarity.
Orders, Signups & Customer Management
- Clone Signup Functionality
Admins can now clone an existing signup to quickly create a new copy—for example from a discarded signup—making repeat scenarios easier to manage. - Add/Edit Referral Code on Orders
Operators can now create and add referral codes from the order view. Read more here.
User Interface & Configuration
- Hide Unwanted List Values in Dropdowns
Administrators can now hide specific list values—such as outdated ticket categories, resolution codes, retention codes, cancellation codes —from dropdowns, keeping selections cleaner and more controlled. - New "Bulk filter" for comma-separated searches
When entering comma-separated values directly in the search field, there’s a limit of roughly 50 records. To enable larger searches, we’ve added a “Bulk filter” fly-in where you can paste multiple search properties to filter the results. Read more here.
Promotions & Marketing
- Support for Consecutive / Stacked Promotions
Monthly promotions now support price delays on monthly fees, allowing different prices per month within a campaign period. Delays can’t extend beyond the promotion validity and are shown as a period breakdown in the Portal. Read more here. - Handle Bulk Credits by Entering Customer IDs (more than 50)
When entering comma-separated values directly in the search field, there’s a limit of roughly 50 records. To enable larger searches, we’ve added a “Bulk filter” fly-in where you can paste multiple search properties to filter the results. Read more here.
Integrations & Automation
- Webhook Documentation Created
Webhook documentation has been updated for easier integrations. Event lists and details are clearer, example payloads are auto-generated where applicable, and JSON examples now display cleanly with proper formatting.
