How to handle multiple orders on the same address

When managing internet services, each object can only have one active internet order at a time. This rule applies even if a business wants to order service from a different ISP at the same location.

Note: This restriction applies only to internet services. It is possible to have, for example, an internet service and a VoIP service on the same object.

Is it possible to have two active internet orders at the same object?

No. Each object can only hold one active internet order.

How to handle multiple internet services at the same location

If more than one active internet service is required at the same physical address or property, create separate objects:

  • Different units at the same address

    • Add a unit number or other identifier to differentiate the objects.

    • Example: 123 Main St – Unit 1 and 123 Main St – Unit 2.

  • Multiple buildings on the same property

    • Create a separate object for each building.

    • Example: Company Campus – Building A and Company Campus – Building B.

Each object can then hold its own active internet order.

Tip: Clearly naming objects helps avoid confusion when multiple internet services exist on the same property.
