How to Handle Duplicate Signups
If two signups have been created for the same customer or object, it is important to review and resolve the duplicates manually. The system does not automatically prevent duplicate signups, but it does flag suspected duplicates with a "duplicate" marker.
To check and manage duplicates:

Go to the Search prospect page and use the Additional fields section to search for potential duplicates.

Manually review any flagged entries and discard any confirmed duplicates.
By following this process, you can ensure that each customer and object only has a single active signup.
