Introduction:
In COS Business Engine, wholesale fees are used to manage the pricing structure between network operators and service providers in an Open Access or wholesale network. These fees typically include costs for network services provided to end customers via service providers and may vary depending on the service type, speed, and other factors. This article explains how to create and edit wholesale fees in COS Business Engine.
Solution Overview
To begin the process of creating and making changes to Wholesale Fees, enter "fees" into the Business Engine search bar at the top of the screen once you login. 
Users will find themselves on the "Search Fees" page where they can search for any Fees already existing in their instance of Business Engine. Users will also be able to select the blue "+" icon to begin the process of creating a new Fee in Business Engine. You will then enter the relevant information by setting the Name, Description, and Type of Fee. Once the relevant information has been entered, be sure to hit the blue "Save" icon.
The Types you choose between are:

Fee = The regular wholesale fee that will be added as a cost to the Service Provider.
Reductions on wholesale fees:

Price reduction = The value will be set to a percentage of how much the wholesale fee should be reduced.

Fixed price reduction = The reduction will be set as a fixed value of how much the wholesale fee should be reduced.
Once a new Fee has been created, the Fee will have a "Default" Price Type assigned to it. Price Types include options such as "Monthly Recurring" and "One-Time Fee". Select the "Default" link and select the gray "edit" icon to make changes to this new Price Type. 
Select the Price Types you wish to apply to your new Fee by checking the box next to each type and then selecting the blue "Save" icon at the top of the screen.
You can set a default value for the fees on this edit page. You can also assign this Fee to a specific Group and set specific prices for that Group. When you have added the Wholesale fees, continue to click "Save" to confirm the creation of your new Wholesale Fee.
