In Business Engine there is the option to assigned an alternative email address for each service

Solution Overview
With the field "Alternative RPC email" found in each service there is the option to insert an E-mail to be used for information about orders with this service. If an email address is entered in this field, it will override the RPC email specified on the Service Provider.
Step by step instruction
- Go to the Service section in the Administration portal by searching for Services in the search field. Or go to Or go to Settings, Settings Menu, Services and Services.
- Select the specific service you wish to add the alternative email to
- Once in the service click the button "Edit Base Information"

- Enter the email address in the field "Alternative RPC email"
