Password Change Notifications
Ensures that a “Customer: New Password” email is always sent to the customer whenever their password is updated. -
Assign Users During Ticket Creation

Configurable Signup-to-Order Conversion
Introduced a setting that adds control over whether a signup should automatically generate an order. When set to False, no order will be created from a signup, even if the object status changes to In Deployment. Read more here. - Improved Search Matching

Address Field on Contact Page
Added an address field to the Marketplace Contact page and the “Contact Us” form. The address field now appears above the message input area and will be pre-filled if an address have been searched.

Added API functionality to create notes on Work Order tasks, enabling smoother system integrations and reducing manual data entry.

Improved Churn and Service Movement Tracking
Enhanced reporting and API capabilities to better distinguish between true churn, customer moves, and service changes.-
Uses relationships between old and new customer services to identify moves or upgrades/downgrades.

Invoice Placeholder for Previous Balances
Added an additional invoice placeholder to display previous balances, payments, or charges — supporting up to three total balance items per invoice. -
NMI Integration
Added integration support for NMI payment processing. -
Payment Change Confirmation Emails
Sends confirmation emails to the customer when payment methods are changed, either by a CSR in the admin portal or by the customer in the Marketplace. -
Payment Processor Selection per Group
Added the option to select a payment processor when creating Groups in BE. Supports setups with multiple processors in BE. -
Automatic Deposit Refund Handling
Introduced automation for deposit refunds or credits after signup connection. Configurable by month and refund type, reducing manual intervention.
