NEW! Release notes Business Engine July 2026

This release brings expanded API support, more flexible billing configuration, and a range of operational improvements — including multiple contacts per customer, PO numbers per order, and more reliable order activation.

API

Update Object address data via API
It is now possible to update address-related fields on already imported Objects through the API. The following fields can be updated: zipCode, street, streetNumber, streetLittera, unitNumber, city, state, country, latitude, and longitude.

Partner API endpoints for managing Objects on disruptions
New endpoints have been added to the Partner API for adding and deleting Objects associated with a disruption. It is also possible to reschedule future maintenance disruptions, including updating their dates before they occur.

Set group and visibility when creating a disruption via API
The disruption creation API now supports setting visibility and group parameters, with default values of hidden and none respectively.

Improved Order History logging
Order History now includes state as a parameter, making it easier to track changes across the order lifecycle. Each history entry includes a timestamp, user, and a description of the action taken.

Billing & Invoicing

This information applies only when end-customer billing is enabled.

Invoice List — Overdue Invoice Management
The Invoices list has been updated with several improvements to help billing staff identify and follow up on late payers:

  • Sortable due date — the Due Date column can now be sorted, with ascending order listing the longest-overdue invoices first.
  • Days since due — a new column shows how many days have passed since the invoice due date. Negative values indicate invoices not yet due.
  • Due date filter — invoices can now be filtered by due date range.
  • Payment method filter — invoices can be filtered by the customer's payment method (Card, ACH, Manual, SEPA).

Warning when switching from manual to automatic payment
A warning is now shown when a customer switches from manual to automatic payment, informing them that existing unpaid invoices will be collected automatically within 24 hours. The warning is shown to the customer in the marketplace and to the ISP user in the admin interface.

Late fee exemption per customer
Individual customers can now be exempted from late fees, overriding the global late fee setting. The exemption can also be set via API.

PO number per order in Marketplace, Customer Portal, and on invoices
Customers can now enter a PO number when placing an order in the Marketplace. The PO number is stored per order and displayed in the Customer Portal and on the corresponding invoice.

Manual payment option with optional fee
It's now possible to configure a fee for customers who pay by manual payment (e.g. bank transfer). When enabled, the fee is automatically added as a line item on every generated invoice — monthly, manual, prospect, and deposit invoices — following the same logic as the existing paper invoice fee. Customers are notified of the fee amount directly in the billing step during signup and in their self-service billing settings. The fee can be set per customer type and assigned a GL code per marketplace.

Marketplace & Admin

Ability to hide individual add-ons from the Marketplace
Addons can now be marked as hidden, keeping them active and manageable in the back office while removing them from the Marketplace and Customer portal. Hidden addons are not shown to customers during signup or in customer portal, and are not auto-attached to orders — but continue to function operationally without any change to how they are configured or billed.

The Hidden in marketplace flag is set per addon in the admin interface and is preserved when publishing new service versions.

Associated Contacts per Customer
Customer accounts can now have multiple associated contacts . Each contact holds a name, email, mobile number, and role. Contacts are informational only, they are not used for any automated communication, and are available for all customer types (residential and business).

Contacts are managed directly on the Customer page in the admin interface and are also accessible via the API.

Orders & Provisioning

Orders waiting for CPE link status have been significantly improved with better diagnostics, notifications, and filtering:

  • Live link-status check — The gate now performs a live diagnostics check against the provisioning adapter instead of relying solely on the stored link status value. This resolves stale or missing status for AMS, AOE, and Adtran. The stored value is only trusted when it reports Up; otherwise a live call is made with automatic retry.
  • Operator notification — Operators now receive an email and webhook notification when an order has been stuck due to an offline ONT beyond a configurable grace period (default 60 minutes). with an audit trail entry in the order history. Recovery is also logged when the link comes back up.
  • Filterable "Awaiting CPE link" status — Orders blocked by this check will have an Awaiting CPE link badge and can be filtered in the order list, making it easier to identify affected orders at a glance.

Webhooks

Webhook Event Subscriptions — Self-Service Management
Webhook event subscriptions can now be managed directly by Admin users through the admin User page, without needing to go through support.

Reporting

Invoice due date and Total debt in reporting database
The reporting database now includes invoice due date and total debt columns.
