Marking a Service as Free
In the Base Information section of a service, you can configure it as a Free Service if it should not be billed to the end customer.
Behavior in the Marketplace

When a service is marked as free, the Billing step will be hidden during the order process in the Marketplace.

If the Force Payment option is enabled, the Billing step will still be shown, even for a free service.
⚠️ Note: The "Free Service" option is only applicable when using Subscriber Billing.
