Sticky Notes and Reminders are essential tools within the Business Engine (BE) system, designed to help users manage tasks efficiently and stay organized.
Introduction
Sticky Notes in Business Engine provide a visual method to capture ideas, to-do lists, or notes on the Customer page. Reminders offer customizable alerts for tasks or events, helping users stay on track with critical deadlines. Together, these tools create an effective system for managing tasks directly within the BE platform.
Solution Overview
To begin the process of creating a new Remind, use the dashboard and in the left-hand search bar and type “Customers”. Select the “Customers” option under the Operations settings. Locate the customer by their number and click to open their details page.
Scroll down to the Customer Logs section and click to expand the view.
In the Note section, enter the information you'd like to capture.
Check the “Sticky” box to make the note sticky if you want it to remain visible at the top of the page. Use the “Schedule” field to set a reminder by selecting the desired time and date.
Once the fields are completed, click the “Click to add note” button.
