All Business Engine users

Solution Overview
When you run a service availability test, Business Engine performs a series of diagnostic checks and returns a list of test results. Each result will show whether the tested service is available on a specific object or service, along with any relevant status details.
Examples of checks performed include:

  • Service activation status (e.g., active=true or inactive=false)

  • Publication status (whether the service is published and available to end users)

  • Network service status (whether the underlying network service is active)

These results help confirm whether a service is ready for use, currently unavailable, or experiencing issues, allowing for faster troubleshooting and better service management.

Step by Step Instruction
Go to "Settings Menu" in Business Engine Admin, select "Services".
Klick on the service you wish to test.

On the left-hand side click on the “Test availability" button.

Search and select the desired object/address you wish to test.

The system returns a list of tests and its associated result

The 'Search New' button allows you to start a new search for a different object or address.
