How to Send Emails to Customers

Method 1: Finding customers by name or ID

Use this method when you know the customer's name or customer ID.

1. Navigate to the Operations tab
2. Select Customers
3. Search for the customer using their name or customer ID
4. Select the customer(s) you want to email
5. Send email using the email button at the top of the page

Method 2: Finding customers by address

Use this method when you only have the customer's address information.

1. Navigate to the Operations tab
2. Select Orders
3. In the location section, search using the address information you have
4. Select the target customer(s) from the results
5. Send email using the email button at the top of the page

Single vs Multiple Customer Selection

Targeted Email (Single Customer):

• Select one customer to send a personalized email

Bulk Email (Multiple Customers):

• Select multiple customers to send the same message to all recipients
