How to send Bulk Emails to Customers

Solution Overview
In Business Engine Admin you can send custom or miscellaneous emails—not tied to predefined templates—to individual customers using the “Email Selected Customers” button. This feature allows you to quickly communicate messages directly to end users.
Step by step instruction
From Business Engine Dashboard navigate to Operations and select Customers.
You can search for customers by entering details such as the customer number in the search field. Alternatively, you can click the Search button and select customers from the displayed list.
Note: If you have fewer than 50 customer numbers, you can paste them directly into the customer number field, separated by semicolons without spaces.
After selecting the desired customers, the number of selected customers will be displayed on the “Bulk Actions” button.
Click on the button Email selected customers in order to start compos the email.
Enter a Subject row and the body text. You can also add an image or a logo.
if you wish to preview the email, click on the "eye" icon.

Click the Send button to send the email
A message will pop up asking you if you are sure of sending the email to the customers. Confirm that you will send emails to "5" recipients.
The sender of the email is the default email sender you have setup in your Business Engine instance.
You can see the email logged on each customer under the Email fly-in.
