How to manage Property owner approval for Signups
When collecting signups, it is possible to pause the process until property owner approval has been granted. This ensures that installations cannot proceed without the landlord’s consent, if the customer doesn't own the property.
How It Works

If Property owner approval required is enabled:

Signups from customers who do not own their property will automatically receive the status Awaiting property owner approval.

The signup remains paused until the administrator has received confirmation from the property owner.

Once the approval is received, the administrator manually updates the signup to proceed in the process.

If the setting is disabled:

Signups continue without requiring property owner approval.

How to Enable or Disable the Setting
This setting can be applied as a default for all groups or configured individually per group.
