How to Enable Visibility of Deliverable Services During Signup

By default, the signup flow only displays services that are flagged as signup services. When a subscriber signs up for a drop — common in Open Access environments — only the drop service is shown, as the address is not yet deliverable. Services such as internet subscriptions become available once the object is activated and transitions to a deliverable state.

It is possible to show deliverable services during the signup process — displayed as greyed out — so that subscribers can see what will be available once the object is activated. This setting can be enabled by COS Systems on request.

Open Access Scenarios

This is particularly useful when signing up for a drop in an Open Access environment. With the setting enabled, subscribers can see which deliverable services will be available to them after activation — without being able to mistakenly order them during the signup step.
