How to Delete a Customer Record

It's not possible to delete a customer record if the customer has an associated Order or Invoice in the system.

However, you can edit and anonymize the customer information if necessary. This allows you to remove personal data while keeping the order and eventual invoice history intact.

If you really need the customer record to be deleted, this must be done through our Professional Support team.

To make this process more efficient, we suggest:

  • Collect multiple customer records that need deletion.

  • Submit them to support as a batch request rather than one by one.

Batch deletion will typically take 1 professional support hour, since it involves the same type of task.
