Introduction
The Marketplace is where your current and potential new Customers can order and make changes to the Services they are receiving from you. If you are operating an Open Access Network, the Marketplace is where your Service Provider Partners can list the available Services they have on offer to residents looking for a new ISP. This guide will explain how changes can be made to the Marketplace. Applies to: All COS Users.
Solution Overview
To begin the process of making changes to a Marketplace, COS Business Engine users will have to navigate to the URL of their Marketplace and login using their assigned username and password. Upon logging in, Users will have access to the Admin Menu which has an "Edit Mode" option which will allow changes to be made.
Once Edit Mode has been enabled Users will be able to make changes to a wide variety of items on your Marketplace, such as any images or text you have displayed. Users will notice a clipboard icon will show next to anything that can be altered while in Edit Mode. When you have completed the changes you wish to make please select the "save" icon to ensure they are saved and made available to your Customers.
