For customers who want to know exactly what they have signed up for and when, you can guide them to access this information online via MyPages, which can be found in the Marketplace.

- Service details and agreement: By going to My Services and clicking "Read more", they can review the terms they accepted.
- Order history: The exact date and time when the order was created and activated.
- Payments (only for end-user billing customers): Historical and current payments can be viewed in the Billing tab on MyPages.
