How to Allowing or Preventing Service Moves
This articles describes how subscriber Change of Address could be performed
Moving Order in the Administration Portal (Service Provider or Operator)
If the Workflow Setting AllowMove on the Service Type is set to yes, it will be possible to move orders in the Administration portal.
Go to the Order, press Move order and search for the Object/Address where the order should be moved.
Customers Moving Orders from MyPages
It's also possible to allow customers to move their orders from MyPages. The availability is controlled by the field Allow customer move on Service Type.
The Order will be moved to the address that have been searched for in the Marketplace.
The Setting Approve moved order on Service level, decides if an order shall be moved automatically (Yes), or if the Service provider has to manually accept the move request (No).
