How to use Consents in Business Engine

Note that the consents-feature can only be used if the operator has chosen to activate it.

Consents allow you to collect and manage end customers approvals/consents. Once published, consents appear in the Customer Portal, where customers can provide or withdraw their approval as needed.

A daily email summary of new or updated consents will be sent to your RPC email every night.

Revoke

Use this function to disable a consent. This will update the status of all registered consents to RevokedByIssuer.

Publish/Unpublish

Use this fucntion to control whether a consent is visible in the Customer Portal.

Export Consents

From the Customer List Page, you can export a summary of consents for selected customers in CSV format for easy record-keeping.
