The Business Engine Dashboard provides a real-time view of network activities, enabling operators to monitor service status, customer connections, and network disruptions. This article will give a detailed explanation oof the information the Dashboard can provide.

Objects and Orders

The Objects and Orders section of the Dashboard is a key part of monitoring your active Customers and newly received Orders. Below, you will see a list explaining how each one of these values relates to monitoring your active Objects and incoming Orders.

Percent active objects Percentage of all deliverable Objects with an active Service. "Deliverable Objects" divided by the number of "Objects with active Order".
Objects with active order Number of Objects with an active Order.
Objects without active Order Number of Objects with the status "Deliverable", without an active Order.
Deliverable Objects Number of Objects with the status "Deliverable".
Objects In Deployment Number of Object with the status "In Deployment", meaning that they haven't been installed yet.
All Objects Number of all Objects within the platform, no filtering on Object status.
Active Orders Number of active Orders (all Orders - not just Internet).
Today Showing new Orders on Objects that did not have an active Order when the new Order was placed. Order placed today.
Last 7 days Showing new Orders on Objects that did not have an active order when the new Order was placed. Order placed last 7 days.
Last 30 days Showing new Orders on Objects that did not have an active Order when the new Order was placed. Order placed last 30 days.


Work Orders

The Work Orders section of the Dashboard will allow users to monitor incoming Work Orders to make sure all active Work Orders have been assigned. It will also let you track how many Work Orders have recently been completed by your organization. Below, you will see a list explaining how each one of these values relates to monitoring Work Orders.

Unassigned Work Orders Work Orders where no task has been assigned yet.
Work Orders with Order Work Orders that has an order placed on the Object. These Work Orders should be prioritized, so that the customer gets installed, and their order can be activated.
Completed work orders to verify Work Orders with status Completed that should be verified.
Delayed work orders Work Orders with scheduled tasks that has passed the scheduled date for completion.
Today Number of completed and/or verified Work Orders today.
Last 7 days Number of completed and/or verified Work Orders last 7 days.
Last 30 days Number of completed and/or verified Work Orders last 30 days.


Additional Features

Churn Number of objects with inactivated Orders the last x days divided by Number of objects with active orders x days ago.
Market share Your active orders compared to the total number of active orders in the system.
Service coverage (past 12 months) Percent active objects ("Deliverable Objects" divided by the number of "Objects with active Order") during the past 12 months.
Orders waiting Orders with the State "Awaiting activation" that requires any work to get activated.
Status will be "Awaiting prerequisites", "Awaiting approval from service provider" or ""Awaiting manual activation".
Ports which require manual provisioning Manual Network contracts that should be signed.
